Who handles your data
This website is published by TRANSFERT VIP, a French simplified joint-stock company with a single shareholder (SASU) with share capital of €50,000, registered office at 16 rue Robert Schumann, 84000 Avignon, France. What we collect
We only collect what your transfer requires: first and last name, email address, telephone number, pick-up place and time, destination, flight or train number, number of passengers and items of luggage, and any special request you make. Billing details are added once the service has been provided. We never ask for sensitive data, and we carry out no automated decision-making and no profiling.
Why we use it
Your details are used to prepare your quote, organize and carry out your transfer, reach you if anything changes on the road or in your schedule, issue your invoice and answer your questions. The legal basis is the performance of our contract with you, our accounting and tax obligations, and your consent for non-essential cookies only.
Who has access to it
Your data is never sold, rented or traded. It is available to our dispatch team and to the driver assigned to your journey, who receives only what he needs to collect you. It is also processed by Way-Plan, our booking and management software, by our host o2switch, whose servers are located in France, and by our accountant for invoicing documents. When a journey is entrusted to one of our partner chauffeurs, only the information needed for the pick-up is passed on.
How long we keep it
Quote requests that lead to no booking are deleted after three years. Data linked to a completed journey is kept for three years after your last trip, except invoices and accounting records, which French commercial law requires us to keep for ten years. Your cookie choice is stored for six months.
Cookies
This website uses technical cookies that are necessary for it to work and to remember your choice. Other cookies, linked to social media content, are only placed once you agree in the banner. You can change or withdraw that choice at any time from the banner, or set your browser to refuse cookies.
Security
The whole site is encrypted. Access to booking files is limited to authorized staff with individual passwords, and our drivers are bound to discretion about everything they see and hear on board.
Your rights
You may ask to see your data, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict its use, to receive it in a readable format, and to object to its processing. Simply write to contact@transfertvip.fr or to TRANSFERT VIP, 16 rue Robert Schumann, 84000 Avignon, France. We answer within one month. If our answer does not satisfy you, you may contact the French data protection authority (CNIL), 3 place de Fontenoy, TSA 80715, 75334 Paris Cedex 07.
